We are 100% convinced of our watches and are sure that you will be too. Of course, you can also cancel your order if you have chosen "bank transfer" as the payment method and have not yet transferred the amount. Please contact us using the contact form. If you have paid for your order directly, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. As soon as you have received the order, you can of course make use of your right of withdrawal and send the goods back to us.
Have you found a nicer watch or a nicer bracelet on our site and would like to change your order accordingly? Unfortunately, this is only possible if you have not yet paid for the watch or bracelet. In this case, contact us using the contact form and let us know which watch or bracelet suits you better. If you have paid directly during the ordering process, we can unfortunately no longer change your order for you. Here too, of course, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and simply send the goods back to us.
After the ordering process you will receive an order confirmation from us. You can then view the status of your order in your customer account at any time. As soon as your order has been processed, the status there will automatically change. After handing over the goods to DHL, you will receive another confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that no tracking number is assigned for orders below € 80. Now you only need a few more days of patience before the adventure with your new ANCHORSES can begin.

After we have received your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. In the email you will find the invoice amount and our bank details. Please enter your invoice number as the reference so that we can assign the payment to your order.

PayPal
In order to be able to pay with PayPal, you need a free account with PayPal. PayPal offers various payment options and insures orders up to € 500. If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal and asked to log in to your account or to register again. Now just choose the desired payment method (PayPal credit, direct debit or credit card) and confirm the payment. We will then receive a confirmation from PayPal and send your goods immediately.
Credit card
The credit card payment method is processed in cooperation with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., c / o A & l Goodbody, Ifsc, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland (hereinafter: “Stripe”), subject to the Stripe Terms of Use underhttps://stripe.com/de/legalto which the seller assigns his payment claim. Stripe will collect the invoice amount from the customer's specified credit card account. In the event of an assignment, payments can only be made to Stripe with a debt-discharging effect. The credit card is charged immediately after the customer order has been sent in the online shop. Even if the payment method credit card payment via Stripe is selected, the seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries e.g. about goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, declarations of revocation and returns or credits.
Purchase on invoice
If you choose the payment method purchase on account, the purchase price is due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In this case, the purchase price must be paid within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the invoice without deduction, unless otherwise agreed. The seller reserves the right to offer the payment method purchase on account only up to a certain order volume and to refuse this payment method if the specified order volume is exceeded. In this case, the seller will inform the customer of a corresponding payment restriction in his payment information in the online shop.
Klarna

Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods / tickets / or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The invoice conditions for purchase on account for deliveries to Germany can be found here and for deliveries to Austria here. Installment purchase (only available in Germany): With Klarna's financing service, you can make your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6 95 EUR) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the cash register. Payment in installments is due at the end of the month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice. Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after the order has been placed. Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been dispatched. The shipping times outside the EU vary greatly, but can be requested for the respective country at info@anchorsen.com.
As soon as we have handed over your shipment to DHL, you will receive a tracking number (if you have agreed to it) with which you can track your package on its journey. After the shipping confirmation, it can take up to 24 hours for the package to be registered with DHL. If the status of your parcel is stuck for several days, please contact us. Please note that consignments with a value of less than € 80 cannot be tracked.
Questions about our products
Our ANCHORSEN watches are water-resistant up to 3 ATM. This means that the watch won't mind a few splashes of water, e.g. when washing your hands. But the watches are not waterproof. Our watches are not suitable for showering, swimming or other water activities. Damage caused by these circumstances is not covered by the guarantee.
All bracelets in our collection have a simple quick-change mechanism. You can change the bracelets very easily and without tools. Please note, however, that our bracelets are offered in two different sizes. The bracelets for our “Big Adventure model” (20 mm wide) do not fit the “Little Journey model” (18 mm wide) and vice versa.

When you open the buckle of your bracelet, you will see a small arrow in the middle part of the clasp. With a flat and stable object (e.g. a small screwdriver) you can push up this area and open it. Once the mechanism is open, you can move the part of the buckle and adjust it according to your wrist. As soon as you have found the right size, you just need to press the part with the arrow down until it "clicks". If you have any difficulties with this, just write us an email and we will be happy to help you.
Thanks to our innovative quick change mechanism, you can adapt your watch to your outfit quickly, easily and, above all, without tools. Regardless of whether it is casual, trendy or classic, your ANCHORSEN suits every occasion. Simply place your watch face down on a soft surface. You will now see a small metal head sticking out of the bracelet. Simply slide the metal head towards the center of your bracelet and remove the bracelet.
To use another bracelet, move the metal head towards the middle of the bracelet and insert the bracelet into your watch. When the bracelet has reached the correct position, you simply let go of the metal head.
Theoretically yes. Many watch manufacturers use a strap width between 16-22 mm. Our bracelets have a width of 18 mm (Little Journey) and 20 mm (Big Adventure). So if you own a watch that also has a strap width of 18 or 20 mm, our strap could also fit on this watch. With our innovative quick change mechanism you can easily try this out. However, we do not assume any liability for any damage that may arise as a result.

The easiest way is to clean thiscasingyour watch with a soft / dry cloth. A microfiber cloth would be ideal as it avoids unsightly scratches. You will achieve the best result if you separate the bracelet from your watch.
Hard-to-reach dirt on the housing can be cleaned with a cotton swab or a toothbrush.
To thatMesh braceletTo clean, simply remove it from the watch and hold it under warm water. If you can still see dirt afterwards, a toothbrush is also very helpful.
Leather braceletslook a bit ugly after a while. It is completely normal. So that you have something from your leather bracelet for a long time, it is helpful to remove dust and sweat from the bracelet at regular intervals. In the case of light soiling, it is sufficient to wipe it off with a damp cloth and then let it air dry. However, if your leather bracelet is badly soiled, you can work it with a soft brush and a little washing-up liquid. Then rework with a little water and dab with a dry cloth. After cleaning, you should rub your leather bracelet with a little leather grease and then wrap it in a newspaper. The newspaper removes the remaining moisture from the bracelet and enables the fat to penetrate the leather. Please note that the drying process may take a few days.
Revocation and guarantee
As we promised on our homepage, ANCHORSEN watches stand for the highest quality, timeless design and a long service life. Since we are convinced of our watches, we also, unlike many other manufacturers, grant you a guarantee of 24 months from the date of purchase, which is in addition to the statutory warranties. Within the 24-month guarantee period, we will repair all defects in your watch free of charge or, if necessary, replace them if the defects are due to material and manufacturing defects. To make use of the guarantee, please contact us using the contact form.
Our guarantee does not include:
1. Any damage to the battery and tapes.
2. Damage due to improper handling and accidents (e.g. blows, falls, water damage or scratches on the housing / glass) as well as dirt.
The guarantee also expires as soon as the buyer or an unqualified third party intervenes on the watch. An extension of the guarantee period by making use of the guarantee does not take place either.
If your ANCHORSES have defects that justify a warranty claim, please submit a proof of purchase along with your complaint.
If your ANCHORSES are broken, you must first check what caused the defect. Before we can make an exact statement about this and how to proceed, we therefore recommend that you send us your watch with all the documents you have.
Please enclose a copy of the proof of purchase, your full address and a brief description of the problem / defect with your shipment. We recommend that you send in the watch (with tracking number), as this way the whereabouts of the package can be tracked at any time. In the case of a paid repair, we will provide you with a cost estimate. In the event that you do not want a repair, we will send the watch back free of charge. In the event of a guarantee, we will of course repair your watch free of charge or replace it if necessary.
